Each case is different, and all of our clients have different needs. At The Law Office of Mark Bakay, we are here to listen to your side of the story and fight for your rights whether what you’re fighting for involves your innocence, marriage or family per se. In traffic and DUI cases, time is a factor, so don’t delay.
Call Mr. Bakay today so he can advise you of your rights before you lose certain rights granted to you by law just because of some traffic issues. If you are considering hiring a divorce attorney or a family lawyer in Orange County or anywhere in the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area, Mr. Bakay can provide you a free consultation and discuss with you the process of divorce, and how he will help you come through the other side in relative peace.
In Florida you have three options in regards to traffic tickets, you can pay the ticket and receive points, take a class (you can take one in a 12 month period and only have 5 in a ten year period) and pay a fine which would results in no points, or you can fight the ticket. Traffic tickets will always be on your license, they never drop off as many believe.
This is important to know because if you get points on your license you can have your license suspended if you get 12 points in a 12 month period. If you are stopped by the police you should be courteous and respect full. You should also not try and fight the ticket at that time, wait till you get to court. The reason for this is because the hearing officer or judge may take your attitude into consideration and if you argue at the scene you may make things worse by what you say. Mr. Bakay will fight aggressively for you and is available to discuss any questions you may have about your license and how your traffic ticket(s) may affect you.
